ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 36 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using our shipping provider i.e. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $4.95 US applies to orders shipping for orders under $49.99 US and shipping is free on orders over $50.00 US.

​​DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $4.95 flat rate shipping to worldwide on orders $49.99 or less. 

You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over $50). For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

Your INTERNALTIONAL order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Wooshopty is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,  RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to X days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@wooshopty.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
